You can use the Box options in the Title Menu of your Casablanca to accurately and precisely position your title just where you want it to be.  This is so much easier than to use the space bar and character return to try to move text into position.

Once you have your title/text typed in (and you have selected the font & size you prefer) click on Box Options in the title effects menu.
I find it easiest to 'shrink' or reduce the title down to it's smallest title box - this is done by clicking on 'Extended' (under Box Options) and the clicking on 'Min size'.

Your title should now have the dotted selection line just around the text itself (if you have a dotted line around a blank line either before or after your text, you have a space bar character there - click backspace to delete it and then re-minimize your box).
Next, click on 'Move' to position your title box just where you want it to go... remember that the Full Size preview works more accurately than the Preview (small sized full motion preview). 

Click create to render your title and enjoy!
